6.1 In-App Deletion

  • Step 1: Open the Mint Quiz app.
  • Step 2: Navigate to the “Setting” section (bottom left corner).
  • Step 3: Select the “Delete Account” option.
  • Step 4: Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm the deletion of your account.

6.2 Email Request

If you are unable to delete your account through the App, you can request account deletion by contacting us directly:

  • Subject Line: “Account Deletion Request”
  • Body: Please include your full name, email address associated with the account, and any other relevant information to help us verify your identity.

6.3 What Happens After Deletion

  • Upon receiving your account deletion request, we will process it within [45 days].
  • Your personal information, including your profile, usage data, and any other identifiable information, will be permanently deleted from our systems.
  • Please note that some non-personal data may be retained in aggregate or anonymized form for analytical purposes.

6.4 Irreversible Action

Please be aware that deleting your account is an irreversible action. Once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered, and you will lose all progress, rewards, and data associated with the account.
